Born in Canada, Elisabeth Bouchard earned a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. Her first career was as a Human Resource Director for an international manufacturer of sports equipment for over 10 years. In 2001, she moved to Texas and began her second life mission: to help people reach a fuller and happier life.

She earned her Master's Degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from the American College of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in Houston, Texas at the end of 2006; her internship was guided by leading physicians from China. She is licensed in the state of Texas and New Mexico, and is nationally certified with the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM.)

Since opening her Bouchard Wellness clinic in El Paso, Texas, from 2007 to present, she has treated over 4,000 patients both in the private and the public sector. In the public sector, at William Beaumont Army Medical Center located at Fort Bliss, Texas, she was involved in the treatment of Active Duty Army Soldiers returning from Iraq and Afghanistan from 2009 to 2016.

At Bouchard Wellness, her mission is to provide the finest holistic health care available for health, longevity and well-being. She endeavors to create a trusting and respectful partnership in order that each patient may participate with knowledge and confidence in his or her own healing process, thus bringing together an optimal state of well-being.
